About the role

Skills: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere

Scope of work

In this role as a Video Animator, you will be working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to plan, create, and update animations and dynamic effects for social marketing content. You will make a direct and meaningful impact on the quality and usability of Retell AI’ inbound marketing. You may also be asked to collaborate, where needed, with our founders team to deliver outputs consistent with our product features and customer specifications.

Roles and responsibilities

Shoot and edit tutorial videos or marketing videos.
Create and integrate original animations and dynamic effects into video marketing
Ideate and storyboard animations and effects based on creative briefs, including selecting and applying colors and styles, creating new visual elements, and using design best practices to produce professional, appealing visuals

Qualifications

Fluency in business proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Familiarity / experience with graphic design and both 2D & 3D animation
Experience with integrating animations into video content
Must have a portfolio or projects to present.

Compensation

This is a contract role and requires 20 hours work per week.
Compensation is at least $1000/month.

Interview Process

Our interview process is straightforward and will move quickly. Submit your portfolio first. You will have a virtual meeting over video call with our hiring manager, and be given a quick assignment (should take less than a day) to create original animations on top of an existing video (to be given as part of the assignment). This will be evaluated, and if approved, we will follow up with an offer!
