Job Description: Full Stack Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using React to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Back-End Development: Develop and maintain back-end services using Python and Django, ensuring robust and scalable server-side logic.
Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL to design, develop, and optimize database queries and structures.
Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features from the ground up, ensuring integration across the front-end and back-end.
Code Optimization: Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
Collaborative Development: Participate in code reviews and work closely with other developers to maintain high code quality and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background: No formal education experience required. We prefer candidates who have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in React, Python, and Django. Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.
Full Stack Skills: Capable of developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Self-Motivated: Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Based in NYC (preferred but not required).

This is a part time role (20 hours / week). Candidates must be able to attend standup meetings at 10am EST and be available during the following working hours. This role is not for winter / summer positions.
