We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Data Analyst to join our Electro-Optic Technology Division. This division is at the forefront of providing comprehensive life cycle and programmatic logistics support for cutting-edge EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) and laser systems utilized in national defense and security.Our mission is to ensure that these critical technologies are supported throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to deployment and beyond, to meet the needs of our warfighters across the Navy, USMC, Air Force, SOCOM, and other defense entities. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning and sustained operational effectiveness of military and national security EO/IR and laser systems. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making in logistics and support operations.Develop business case analyses, cost/benefit studies, and market surveys to optimize strategies.Utilize product support optimization software and analytical tools to enhance system performance.Create reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborate with teams to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and maintain data security protocols.Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements. Qualifications Active DoD Secret clearance.5-8 years experience in data analysis, preferably in a logistics or support environment. Strong understanding of business case analyses, cost/benefit tradeoff studies, and market surveys. Proficiency in using product support optimization software and other relevant analytical tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
