As a Product Operations Associate at Pump, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our product operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with user and company needs. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the success of our platform by optimizing processes, gathering and analyzing user insights, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Understand and document user needs, product workflows, and operational challenges to help shape product requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to streamline operations and remove bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain scalable processes for user feedback collection and prioritization.
- Assist in rollout strategies for new product features, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Develop and manage internal tools, documentation, and dashboards to improve team efficiency.
- Support cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track and deliver key business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in product design, product operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a knack for detail.
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Looker).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
