Global law firm seeks an Employment Litigation savvy Associate Attorney to join its expanding Honolulu group.
Candidate will have the following: 3+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience ; Experience in a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Trial experience at any level.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required ; Hawaii Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Handling and managing employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
-Taking and defending depositions in employment-litigation matters.
-Preparing dispositive motions.
-Assisting in providing day-to-day employment and human-resources counseling for clients.
-Reviewing, analyzing and drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks, severance agreements and other employment documents.
-Supporting the team by performing work on other matters as needed.
