Position Summary:We are currently seeking a
Jr. Project Manager to support our federal customers at facilities throughout the United States. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for project management and a background in environmental, planning, sustainability, or related fields. The duty location will be remote in nature but should be located within 50 miles of the following cities.

Key Responsibilities:- Provides management, organizational, and analytical services that include planning and strategies, consulting and analysis, compliance and risk management, and management oversight.
- Provides updates to Federal clients, provides weekly project progress updates and oversees global project management for Federal clients.
- Provides leadership, analysis, guidance, technical direction, management and coordination for Federal client projects.
- Planning and organizing the work of various stakeholders, to include analyzing functions and tasks to be performed and determining the most efficient means to accomplish the work; assigning work to staff, establishing priorities for key projects, and adjusting priorities in response to changing project needs.
- Monitors the status of projects within responsibility areas, as well as progress towards achievement of broader objectives such as improvement of project quality.
- Self-starter; able to work autonomously.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to support business goals.
- Direct the performance of a variety of related projects and implement project management techniques.
- Ensure high-quality products and services are delivered according to the agreed schedule and budget of the applicable task/delivery order.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
QualificationsYour Education & Experience:- Requires a bachelor's degree in business, project management, environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field and a minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience in environmental, planning, sustainability, or a related field.
- Must possess specialized knowledge of federal facility standards, operational and strategic report development, technical writing, M&V standards.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership experience, coordinating a team of individuals to achieve successful project completion.
- Willingness to think outside of the box and work autonomously.
- Must be familiar with all aspects of strong project and program management as it relates to facilities management and emerging technologies in areas of strategic planning, performance measures, budget, acquisitions planning, communications, and cost savings efficiencies.
