The team We are seeking an experienced Jr. Marketing Data Analyst to join our Digital Insights and Technology team. This role will be turning data into stories and insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. You will dive into digital marketing and web data, uncover trends, and help shape smarter decisions. If you’re a curious and motivated problem-solver, we’d love to hear from you! The role Analyze digital marketing and web data using Adobe Analytics to uncover actionable insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics tags and configurations. Evaluate A/B testing results to enhance digital experiences and optimize performance. Identify trends and patterns in user behavior to inform marketing and product strategies. Support data quality initiatives by troubleshooting data discrepancies and ensuring accuracy. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field Required U.S. Citizen and/or Green Card holder. 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or a related role Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-driven mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with additional web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strongly prefer knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
