The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of 340B program data and oversees IT-related processes to optimize program efficiency. The analyst collaborates with various internal teams, such as pharmacy, finance, and IT, to maintain and enhance the program’s data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and software systems. They also ensure that the program adheres to all Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) requirements. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.2. 3 years of experience with 340B program management, healthcare IT, or data analysis required. 3. Proficiency in data management tools, pharmacy systems, and 340B third-party administrators (TPAs) required. 4. Experience in managing large data sets, performing data validation, and generating reports. 5. Excellent organizational skills. Preferred qualification: 1. Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or healthcare software systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred. 2. Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system preferred. 3. Previous experience supporting 340B programs in a healthcare setting preferred. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
