As a blended role, you'll be responsible for analytics and quality assurance across the organization, working with teams and leadership to define and shape both self-service analytics and data-driven decisions. You’ll also help drive a robust quality assurance and data accuracy practice, as well as grow the relationship between the Analytics team and the rest of the organization, empowering team members to reach out and request analytical support as they need it. Role and responsibilities Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standardsGain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging contentDevelop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specificationsOutline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirementsWork with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storageResearch, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migrationWork with leads across the company to define analytics requirementsProduce graphics for inclusion in finished intelligence productsRefines large data sets to assist in the team’s analysis cycleBecome proficient, and eventually SME, on multiple ZeroFOX proprietary toolsExpected to be the analyst team subject matter expert (SME) on gathering, processing, and visualizing large data setsMust have expertise in tools commonly used to gather and manipulate data sets to render products of intelligence value based on defined information requirementsMust be capable of creating intelligence products in a variety of graphical representationsMust be comfortable working in a small team environment and with flexibility to engage in multiple processes Required qualifications and skills Minimum 3 years conducting research and analysis that includes gathering/assessment of large data setsAbility to utilize tools commonly used for data analysis and visualizationTool categories: Scripting (to construct queries), visualization, MS/Google SuitesInterest in developing your data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audienceSelf starting mindset with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities with limited oversightHigh proficiency in SQL and prior experience in tools such as: Postgres, BigQuery, and Excel.
