Job Title: Automotive Office Manager
Location: Door County, Wisconsin
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise office staff and coordinate daily tasks.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Process vehicle sales and service contracts, following all regulations.
- Keep customer and vehicle records up to date.
- Manage banking and financing for vehicle sales and services.
- Work with management to improve processes and customer service.
- Help with special projects as needed.
- Ensure office functions follow company policies and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a dealership office.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and financial management.
- Experience with dealership software (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
