What you will be working on:
You can expect to ramp up on the history/current state/roadmap for systems that fall under the mission lead, working with all stakeholders establishing battle rhythms, and working closely with internal team leads and program leadership.
Ultimately, this role is the single POC for everything related to the missions under them and will take over driving all aspects of it. Depending on the systems and pace of things it could be 3-8 total systems. You will work with external stakeholders and users, as well as external developers to understand the backlog and longer term roadmap for the capability and coordinate with respective internal teams to meet the needs of the system from CM to infrastructure/deployment needs and operations (INC/BUG/Enhancement/performance) support.
What you will bring to us (Must):
- Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience
- TS clearance, able to obtain SCI and/or poly
- Significant scrum experience
- Excellent communicator
Would be nice if you bring the following (Highly Desired):
- TS/SCI
- PMP, CSM, Sec+, CSPO
Location: Worksite Locations (When onsite is required):
- ST. Louis, MO; Chantilly, VA; Alexandria, VA (hybrid remote)
