Responsibilities
- Identify and refine business and customer needs and program strategy
- Identify automation and digital intervention opportunities within a process
- Own and refine the vision of the program and products
- Effectively break down the program vision into features and epics
- Prioritize the features and epics on the program backlog
- Derive an Agile program roadmap from the program backlog
- Define minimum viable products and establish success criteria
- Elicit requirements from the client and other stakeholders or workgroups
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of individuals on the Agile team and work with them to design technically feasible solutions that meet the client’s needs
- Write user stories and prioritize them based on the requirements
- Refine and manage the product and sprint backlogs
- Communicate vision, strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Sr. Business Analyst or as a Management Consultant
- 2+ years of experience on a software development team building modern
software products
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
