The Receptionist, located in the RiNo district in Denver, CO, is the industry-leading, cloud-based Visitor Management Solution (VMS) that automates visitor check-in and helps reduce the chaos of the modern front office. We are currently seeking an EOS® Integrator & Head of Operations to join our growing team.
The EOS® Integrator & Head of Operations plays a crucial role in bridging the company's vision and its day-to-day operations. You’ll partner closely with the President/CEO, Leadership Team, and Operations Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who gets, wants and has the capacity to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring trust, clarity and alignment across departments, all the while driving accountability and living by FABRIC values.
What you'll be doing
- Align Company Vision: Ensure all team members understand and execute the company’s vision & strategy
- Communication Bridge: Take the Visionary’s big ideas and direction and bridge it to the rest of the Leadership and each department.team.
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability: Act as the primary leader of the leadership and operations teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations facilitating EOS® tools and processes.
- Lead Operations Team: Manage essential business processes to ensure they are streamlined, efficient, well-documented, and aligned with our culture and core values.
- Oversee People Operations, outsourced HR resources, Physical Plant & portions of IT.
- Solve Issues: Effectively resolve issues that stand in the way of achieving organizational traction and health.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the company's scorecard and measurables, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Change Management: Effectively manage organizational change, ensuring that all teams transition smoothly during growth phases or strategic pivots.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement strategies to minimize or eliminate them, ensuring organizational stability and compliance.
- Industry Experience: SaaS, Manufacturing, Compliance, preferred to understand the unique challenges and dynamics of the sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading organizations through significant growth and change.
Requirements
- Experience with EOS®: Direct experience integrating and running on EOS® within an organization is a requirement.
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, including experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
- Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing the operations of a company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and systems.
- Strategic Thinking and Execution Ability: Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with various stakeholders across different levels.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Recurring revenue software and manufacturing experience a plus

Compensation
Total compensation includes a salary of $175,000 - $195,000 annually based on a combination of skills, experience, knowledge, and performance. The Receptionist also has a generous benefits program, the full list of which you can review on our careers page!
