We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to support students in their day-to-day living experience & coordinate maintenance teams to ensure smooth performance.
Location: Hoboken, NJ (4-5 days/week on-site)
Hours: 10 am - 6 pm, with occasional availability for emergencies
Salary: from $70,000
Core Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors and building managers
- Organize maintenance records and optimize processes
Key Criteria:
- Property Management Experience: 2+ years (B2B or sales-related preferred)
