We do this by providing the critical systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales teams need to make our customers successful.The ideal candidate for this position is part analyst, part developer, and part Scrum Product Owner. Join our team as an Analyst and contribute to developing strategic goals for data-centric, automated solutions. You will work closely with business leaders to provide data-centric strategic direction, identify and address business issues and opportunities, and guide the product development lifecycle. As a product owner, you will collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams to prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions. You will partner with experts across finance, engineering, data science, sales, customer success, programming, UI/UX, and marketing to conduct analyses, develop data-driven insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.What you’ll doServe as a product owner for scrum teams, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer input.Create sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools that provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.Effectively use Power BI features (e.g., bookmarks, drill-through) to guide users through compelling, data-driven stories.Synthesize sophisticated data sets into insights, building analytics stories that inform accurate strategic business decisions.Apply SQL/Hadoop/DataBricks/Snowflake principles to curate and query large data sets, perform analyses, and create custom views.Define acceptance criteria for testing, working closely with engineering, QA, developers, and users on creating and performing test plans.What you need to succeedDemonstrated ability in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Product Ownership.Degree or equivalent experience in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields, with coursework or job experience in sophisticated data and analytics.Sophisticated hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence software applications including Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel; experience with SnapLogic is a plus.Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations that are intuitive, informative, and impactful.Sophisticated experience using SQL to extract data, understand data structures, and run queries.Proven track record of effective product ownership, managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and leading agile scrum teams.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.Ability to coordinate with colleagues and customers across the globe.Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $74,200 -- $176,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
