Role Overview
We seek a talented and motivated Unity Game Developer to join our growing team. As a Unity game developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality games for the Strikeria metaverse. You will work closely with designers, artists, and blockchain engineers to deliver a seamless and fun gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Game Development: Design, develop, and maintain engaging gameplay mechanics and features using Unity and C#.
- Optimization: Ensure the game runs smoothly on various platforms (PC, mobile, and more) with high performance and low latency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, art, and blockchain teams to integrate game assets and features into the gameplay.
- Debugging and Testing: Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to enhance gameplay, user engagement, and overall game design.
- Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with blockchain developers to integrate NFTs, smart contracts, and other Web3 functionalities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game development using Unity and C#.
- Proficiency in Unity engine and understanding of its core components.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with multiplayer game development and client-server architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Creativity: A passion for building immersive and fun gaming experiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Blockchain Knowledge: Basic understanding of blockchain concepts, Web3, and NFT integration (preferred, not mandatory).
