We are making manufacturing fast, accurate and cost-efficient by combining optical and atomic force microscopy with machine learning and artificial intelligence. The solutions we build push the envelope of what can be done, so we need team members who are highly intelligent, hardworking and creative. A graduate of the Nanotronics Ambassador Program will have gained hands-on experience, discovered new skill sets, and received inspiration for future endeavors. Responsibilities will vary from day to day. One day, you may be acting as a liaison between engineering departments, facilitating communications and needs; while on another day, you may be helping to prepare for an investor visit or a special event. The Nanotron Ambassador who makes the most of the experience will participate in all the company has to offer (such as lunch & learns and exposure to C-level management) and will connect with Engineering, Software Development, R&D, Electrical, Assembly, Machine Shop, Operations, Finance, Community Outreach and Human Resources. Successful students in this program will be passionate self-starters, who will engage their inquisitive nature on a daily basis. They will have the ability and drive to interface with people at all levels of the company. They will have or develop the ability to work well within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. They will pitch in where needed, actively listen and follow up, pay attention to details, and carefully follow instructions. Some bending, lifting and stretching may be required!
