You’ll work as part of a team in an agile setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and organized. You will also be supporting the industrial engineers to drive improvements in the production areas. This will require the analyst to work directly with the IE to understand and analyze the business today and to make recommendations on improvements related to efficiencies that align with our Future Forward initiatives. Anyone with a strong data, analytics, statistics, math, reporting, coding, or engineering capabilities can apply. Candidates must have a can-do attitude and flexibility to focus on highest priority projects.This role will require monthly travel to our Bolingbrook, IL or Romeoville, IL locationAbout The TeamJoin the Commercial Service and BPaaS (business process as a service) Delivery Center of Excellence team (CoE). The Delivery CoE is a centralized team within CS & BPaaS that possesses specialized domain knowledge and expertise. This team serves as a valuable resource that multiple groups within the organization can leverage. Our Delivery CoE focuses on process improvement and engineering, with a mission to partner with the business to enhance the end-to-end delivery of CS & BPaaS products and services.As you will be working with IEs at other sites, you will have the opportunity to travel to other locations. The primary travel location will be to Bolingbrook, IL and Romeoville, IL.
