About the Role
Join the Growth Operations & Analytics Team at LearnLux and help deliver a world-class experience for our global clients and members. Our Growth Operations & Analytics team is key to driving seamless client onboarding and file ingestion, integration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, robust data and analytics reporting and long-term success for our clients. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and Employer clients throughout the implementation process and serve as a trusted partner to help bring meaningful file and data guidance to diverse teams.
In this role, you’ll create and manage the data and files for client onboarding, as well as track and report on ongoing progress. You'll design and execute cyclical and ad-hoc data reporting initiatives for clients and key internal stakeholders. You’ll develop scalable operational workflows that maximize efficiency, leveraging automation and advanced tools, and provide ongoing support through various projects.

Key Responsibilities
File Onboarding Management and Data Integrity
- Lead the end-to-end framework for various data driven client processes (e.g., eligibility, incentive, plan design), ensuring timely and accurate handling with rigorous quality controls.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to define and guide the development of proactive data validation and discrepancy management practices.
- Ensure alignment with privacy and compliance standards while maintaining data integrity and trust throughout all processes.
Process Design and Optimization
- Develop scalable operational workflows that maximize efficiency, leveraging automation and advanced tools to support LearnLux’s rapid growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and support data accuracy, aligning operational efficiency with high standards of service delivery.
- Lead and manage ad-hoc projects as defined by the business.
CRM Optimization
- Tailor the CRM system to meet organizational needs, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and implement workflows, automations, and integrations with other tools (e.g., marketing platforms, ticketing systems, internal datastores) to streamline processes.
- Provide training sessions and resources for new and existing users to ensure proper utilization of the CRM; act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Data Visualization and Client Reporting
- Lead the development of data visualization frameworks, setting up LearnLux for effective client reporting as we expand our client base (e.g. Tableau or like system).
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and client service teams to create reporting tools that convey clear, actionable insights to clients, demonstrating LearnLux’s impact and value.
Cross-functional Communication and Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as a central liaison between the teams mentioned above, facilitating open communication on timelines, requirements, and operational updates for eligibility, CRM and data visualization efforts.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Client Success, Sales, Product, Planner and other internal teams to ensure operational processes support broader business goals and initiatives.
- Client point of contact as needed, joining external client calls and handling escalations as needed to ensure smooth technical onboarding and integrations.
You Should Have
- 5+ years of experience in operations, data management, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
- Expertise in eligibility and/ or data operations, with a strong understanding of data compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and a commitment to quality and security.
- Proficiency in CRM, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive projects from concept through completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
