Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week Major Responsibilities: Document use cases for using Microsoft Copilot in the Microsoft 365 environment Execute these use cases and document results Review results with the DBP manager Create training guides for people to use in the organization Perform basic project management functions for their activities, such as planning (document scope, requirements, outputs, timelines), execution (report progress, issues, and corrective measures), Quality Assurance (results verification, error remediation) Present end of internship report to the DBP team Additional Notes: The intern will help DBP in proving use cases that will improve employee productivity using Microsoft Copilot, a Gen AI tool Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025 Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered) Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship Hybrid schedule (onsite 3-4x per week, depending on business/project need) Visa sponsorship is not available Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Compensation: $25.00/Hour Education: Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate college degree program Has completed sophomore or junior year Related Experience: Experience using Microsoft 365 applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Skill/Knowledge: Versatile in using Microsoft 365 apps Basic understanding of Generative AI.
