States Considered: NJ and MIInternship Summary:The mission of the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Identity, Directory and Access Management (IDAM) team is to ensure the right users have the right access to the right information. The IDAM Intern will work as a member of the IDAM team to complete several process and technology improvements in support of this mission.Key Responsibilities:Work with IDAM team members to gain hands-on experience with the tools and technologies Zoetis utilizes to manage and control user access across applications and network resources.Undertake one or more projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and security of IDAM processes. This could involve standardizing the management of network accounts and active directory groups ensuring accurate ownership and usage.Gain exposure to various enterprise-level systems that interact with IDAM data, building an understanding of the full landscape of identity and access management within the organization.Develop and implement an application to automate IDAM processes, optimizing for both efficiency and accuracy.Execute project plans with guidance from IDAM team members, ensuring tasks align with organizational goals.Implement sustainable improvements that will support Zoetis IDAM framework beyond the internship term.Key Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:Current Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Science, or similar).Experience with any modern programming language.
