Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.Provide Salesforce support for worldwide sales including day to day user and process support and data analysis.Provide technical support, including but not limited to environment setup, maintenance and configuration of user entitlement and data security.Work closely with cross-functional groups; Sales Finance, Legal, Order Management, and ITOrganize and execute small to large projects, and follow to completionThis position offers a candidate the ability to:Take on a meaningful operating role and grow in an exciting multi-national companyTo learn, manage, and own critical sales systems, processes, and analytics.Interact and work with senior business leaders across Sales, Finance, IT, Legal and Product to impact the organization on a global levelPosition Requirements:Minimum, bachelor’s degree in a quantitative and analytical field (e.g., in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance)Coursework and/or <1 year of work years of work experience in sales/business operations and analytics:Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferredData science, statistical and predictive analyticsCRM (e.g., Salesforece.com or other)SQLMicrosoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Macros & VBA Programming (e.g., R, HTML, Java, Python, VBA/macros)Data visualization (e.g., Tableau)Customer oriented mindset and desire to help and interact with othersExcellent oral & written communication skills and attention to detailThe annual salary range for California is $70,000 to $130,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
