Marketing and Sales Specialist for Higher Education Recruitment Platform

Job Description:

Are you a passionate marketer and salesperson with a knack for the higher education sector? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist to promote our innovative job posting website and recruitment platform tailored for higher education professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase platform visibility among universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential clients to post job listings, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the higher education community.

Digital Outreach: Utilize digital marketing channels—including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing—to attract and retain users.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing tactics and identify new opportunities.

Collaborative Development: Work closely with the product team to provide user feedback and enhance platform features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the education or recruitment sectors.
Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
