Role Description:
We are searching for an exceptional sales professional to join our team. Must have B2B SaaS experience doing direct sales, prospecting, pipeline management, and autonomously running a full sales-cycle. Experience in the perks / benefits / loyatly / rewards space is preferred.
Base salary for this role is between $70k - $95k with a OTE of $140k - $190k and no commission caps.
This role is a fundamental part within our Go To Market (GTM) team. This includes:
- Speaking directly with decision makers at companies in our target market
- Showcasing demos of our SaaS platform on Zoom calls
- Developing business cases and custom proposals for prospects
- Closing deals and signing up new clients to the Paylode platform
- Managing CRM systems, pipeline and Sales stack technology, proficiency in Hubspot
This person is responsible for growing revenue at Paylode, while building out a robust sales pipeline, and following and improving the repeatable sales process. This role will work closely with the VP of Commercial and collaborate with the team to rapidly grow the company.

- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling perks / benefits / partnerships / loyalty / rewards solutions
- Strong work ethic and excellent sales skills
- Experience selling a B2B SaaS platform to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Hubspot and GSuite
- Practices consultative selling across senior level stakeholders
