Town Hall Ventures is a healthcare innovation platform dedicated to advancing health equity. To date, we have made 30+ venture & growth-stage investments across 3 funds and are actively investing out of a $350M Fund III, with $1B in total assets under management.
Our early investments include companies like Cityblock, VillageMD, Unite Us, Strive Health, Signify Health, and Landmark. While each company is unique in its approach, they all share a common mission: rethinking healthcare for our country’s underserved communities, improving clinical outcomes, and bending the cost curve.
We are looking for individuals to join our NYC-based team as an Associate. Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the investment process, from thematic research and investment thesis development; deal sourcing; due diligence; execution, and value creation.
Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investing, banking, and/or operating roles requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills. We will prioritize candidates with a demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry who are intellectually curious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, have strong interpersonal skills & high EQ, and most importantly, possess a strong passion for our mission.
