The Planning & Operations (“P&O”) Group drives planning, analytics, data management and technology projects while providing operational support for the Investor Partners Group (“IPG”), which has primary responsibility for all of Golub Capital’s business development and client relationship management activities. The team possesses both a deep understanding of IPG’s needs as well as a strong set of unique technical expertise. The Business Operations subgroup manages the operational responsibilities for client-facing teams including reporting, fund close processes, data initiatives and technology projects. Business Operations works very closely with the Global Institutional Sales and Private Wealth Americas Team to provide support for the day-to-day client-service activities.
Position Responsibilities
- Leading the creation of operational, data analytics and reporting needs required to support the Private Wealth America’s team and the Firm’s retail product offerings
- Driving cross-functional projects, working closely with key stakeholders and senior leaders across the Investor Partners Group and other business units
- Reviewing third-party service provider reports and managing reconciliation of investor trades with the Transfer Agents’ system while ensuring data is captured accurately in the CRM
- Leading process improvement initiatives
- Managing a portfolio of technology projects
- Building and implementing review steps for key Business Operations deliverables
- Identifying and communicating key project steps, action items and issues to meet deadlines
- Serving as the primary liaison with Transfer Agents, Fund Administrators and digital service providers / platforms (e.g., DST, iCapital, +Subscribe, CAIS)
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of financial industry experience coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant technical, data analytics, reporting or project management experience, preferably within Investor Servicing in the Alternative Asset Management space
- In-depth understanding of registered and private fund administration, particularly focusing on investor onboarding and platform operations processes of private banks, wirehouses, RIAs and independent broker / dealers
- Strong comprehension of High Net Worth (HNW) investors and Financial Advisor operating models
- Deep knowledge of the investor lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance and wind-down procedures of alternative investment funds
- Experience working closely with Transfer Agents, Fund Administrators and digital service providers / platforms
- Proven track record in roles at comparable firms, engaged investor servicing and operations activities to support products similar to GCRED’s offering
- Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect

Compensation and Benefits
For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $175,000 to $225,000 for a Vice President and $150,000 to $170,000 for an Assistant Vice President. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
