New Form Capital, a NYC based VC crypto firm that connects Wall Street investors to blockchain finance startups, is hiring an investment associate. The firm was founded by a former DCM Ventures and Blackstone investor. The firm has launched its third fund with the aim to raise $100M.

Responsibilities:
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective investment opportunities
- Proactively source new investment opportunities
- Attend industry events and conduct targeted outreach to build out sourcing channels
- Work directly with existing New Form portfolio companies to advise on strategy, marketing, product, and fundraising
- Manage token distributions and liquid portfolio allocation
- Conduct self-directed market research and analysis within New Form’s core verticals
- Assist Managing Partner directly with fund-level tasks including fundraising, LP management, and quarterly investor letters
- Manage internal tools and software to track incoming deal flow and existing positions
- Work full time in the Manhattan office
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience post-undergrad
- Based in Manhattan (in-office work culture)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Notion
- Self-starter who can manage a variety of ongoing projects independently
