G9 Ventures is a private fund focused on investing in generation-defining brands that empower consumers to live, look, and feel better. The firm applies this “better-for-you” thesis across beauty, wellness, health, and community sub-sectors within the consumer ecosystem. As a permanent capital vehicle, G9 offers a uniquely long investment horizon, aligning incentives with founders and management teams by being true long-term partners.
G9 primarily meets founders early, writing initial checks during Seed or Series A funding rounds and continuing to partner as the business matures. The team also assesses later-stage growth equity opportunities (Series B through pre-IPO) for companies aligned with the firm’s thesis and showing significant upside potential.
With over 60 portfolio companies, including Bumble (BMBL), On Running (ONON), Oura, Athletic Greens, Kitsch, Saie, and Spanx, G9 employs a rigorous investment process and plays an active role in its portfolio companies, providing strategic support around brand building, PR, fundraising, and recruiting. Simply put, G9 acts as a brand amplifier.
