Almost half of startups either avoid taking debt through generic venture loan firms, banks, and credit cards or get rejected from using these financial instruments. Simultaneously, most founders are under financial stress and lack the ability to place additional capital into their business, even if they can make a profit. 70th & Madison Capital aims to support startups of all stages, early to growth, by providing credit through bespoke financial products which are focused on scaling digital advertisements that work. Digital Ads are one of the key drivers of growth for most startups and thousands of campaigns generate 5-7x profit through them. We take fair and meaningful month-over-month revenue sharing stakes in exchange for ad financing in startups and grow our credit amounts as we see these ads performing well. Starting from low financing amounts, we take low risk stakes and hold the ability to provide additional capital in greater amounts.
70th & Madison Capital is an investment firm that provides startups with non-equity, ad revenue-sharing-driven investment for the purpose of funding or scaling digital advertisement campaigns. We deliver more value than capital, serving as a value-add investor/financier focused on taking your venture’s strategy, growth, marketing, operations and partnerships to another level. Our investment structures are bespoke and focused on advertisement revenue sharing. The core of our mission is to help startups that we believe in easily access capital and speedily grow through our included value-add services and over $750,000 in sponsored perks. We enable startups to streamline the fundraising process by displaying greater traction or skip raising rounds all together by leveraging our combined decades of experience creating and investing in companies worth a combined 10-figures.
Investors-In-Residence, or Scouts, (https://www.70thandmadison.com/investor-in-residence) are tasked with sourcing promising startups that meet 70th & Madison Capital’s investment criteria. They conduct their own investment analysis, due diligence, and submit deals. If we decide to invest and the deal goes well, IIR’s are given a percentage commission of our first payout – all happening within 1-2 months. We empower our IIR’s by giving them the expertise, community, and speedy review process they need to be successful.
