Your mission
To analyze and select business models, strategies and sales processes in the investment sector, which through their application to the Kiatt Group model, further improve its performance.
Expected results
Research & identification of opportunities
Explore trends and innovations in the financial and investment world that may be applicable to the KIATT model.
Synthesis and presentation of initiatives
Translating the analysis into a format suitable for the recipient; synthesizing, writing and presenting a proposal in a clear and persuasive manner.
Project development and management
Putting proposals into practice by leading innovation projects towards their implementation, from the coordination of internal and external agents, to the testing of ideas, through the planning of resources and the follow-up of milestones and dates.

Experience
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or double degrees with excellent academic results.
- Relevant work experience of 2-4 years in strategy, innovation, consulting or entrepreneurship, with an outstanding track-record.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Deep interest in the fintech sector, startups, innovation and the entrepreneurial world in general.
