Camber Partners is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate with a strong background in sourcing to join our growing team in NYC. This is a full-stack role, focused on sourcing new investment opportunities while building a strong network of founders in the PLG software community. This role is perfect for an individual with a penchant for SaaS, boasting a robust analytical mindset and looking to establish themselves in a growing growth equity firm that seeks to promote from within.
Ideal candidate:
- 18 months as an Analyst or +1 year as an Associate in VC or Growth Equity
- Exceptional sourcing skills
- Proven success networking and building relationships with founders and industry peers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excited about the software growth equity and buyout market opportunity
