Established in early 2022 by Mark Ghermezian (former CEO/co-founder of Braze – 2021 IPO), our investment team comprises a team of seasoned founders and operators. The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a self-starter Investor-Analyst who exudes passion for B2B SaaS and winning. If you’re competitive, proactive, no-nonsense, passionate, and creative, this is the right role for you.
You will be given significant autonomy to drive deal sourcing and expand the m]x[v community by being both out in the field and driving research and due diligence. You are someone who has a strong bias to action and low ego. We want someone who has a strong network of startup founders, operators, and investors, and is excited to find what’s the next big thing in B2B SaaS.
Our fund operates on an idea meritocracy and we expect you to come with a fresh perspective and thoughtful opinions on the market and deal flow. We are passionate about supporting early-stage founders and are looking for team members who share that same passion – helping drive founders’ vision to reality.
You will…
- Drive a strong deal pipeline of rockstar founders and ideas.
- Develop a top-tier network of founders, operators, and investors in B2B SaaS.
- Support with day-to-day operations for finance management and branding/social media.
- Support due diligence and research for the fund.
- Set repeatable strategies to improve deal sourcing at a firm level.
- Provide ad hoc support to portfolio and m]x[v incubated companies.
You have…
- 2+ years of operational experience at a high-growth tech startup.
- Previous experience working for an early-stage venture fund.
- The desire to work at our NYC offices four days per week (Monday – Thursday).
- A bachelor’s degree and, ideally, an MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Ideally, a technical background acquired through professional, academic, or personal experience.
