Then read on!We are currently seeking a junior data analyst who will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, turn business problems into analytical projects and create a solution plan.In this role, you will be responsible for:Designing and maintaining ETL processes, data platforms and applications internally created, as well as leveraging automation tools and developing scripts to monitor KPIs.Proactively anticipating project needs, identify root causes, and use out-of-the-box thinking to problem solve.Build followership through data good practices and design. Build trust through accuracy and security.Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand technical choices and the steps of the data analysis process.Working in an agile environment of both core long-term projects and bursts of small independent tasks.The required qualifications for the job include:Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of proven experience, preferably in a life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizationStrong experience with data management and visualization tools, such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI), Tableau, DOMO.Proven creative and critical thinking aptitude and ability to build sales, financial, or compensation models/scenarios.Experience in handling very large sets of data.Fluent in English.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Oracle, OBIEE, SFDC or other CRM/ERP systems.At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
