We feel that the best way to work towards eliminating the tobacco-related harm is twofold: intelligently designing tobacco-free nicotine products and making them easy for customers to buy online.
Our small team of entrepreneurs, scientists, and nicotine enthusiasts has served over 100,000 customers who, like us, knew there had to be a better way to enjoy nicotine.

The second full-time marketer at LUCY will be charged with scaling customer acquisition and driving customer engagement and retention. They will have the opportunity to contribute to the bottom line by identifying, strategizing, and driving marketing initiatives to completion.

What you will be doing…
- Conceiving and executing new customer acquisition initiatives – i.e content, influencer, PR, partnerships, events.
- Developing and executing a scalable process to activate creator partnerships efficiently and effectively.
- Owning outreach, negotiations, contract development, content review and execution for creator relationships.
- Working to ensure creator content meets legal standards.
- Owning the analytic and audit performance for all marketing initiatives (podcast, influencer/creator, paid media, email, social).
- Developing annual and seasonal brand marketing plans to acquire new customers and drive site traffic.
- Developing and managing a monthly integrated digital marketing calendar.
- Ensuring a consistent and integrated brand experience and messaging across all partner platforms and mediums.
- Forecasting and deriving insights from key metrics to inform marketing strategies related to our digital marketing programs.
- Sharing learnings and best practices with colleagues and cross-functional business partners.
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving customer retention.
What you bring…
*** Comfortable underwriting marketing initiatives and measuring ROAS on a continuous basis.
- Financial background/experience preferred.
- Thrives in start up environment with strong growth mindset. **
- A deep interest in direct-to-consumer CPG.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work with cross functional internal teams.
- Comfort with distributed teams and remote work.
- Familiarity with nicotine products is a plus.
