Job Description
- Familiar with technical terms of EHS indicators
- Data collection, consolidation, validation, reconciliation and reporting of EHS and Sustainability performance
- Strong skills on excel and data analysis
- Sharing of status report at regular intervals on data availability
- Follow up with business heads / plant on any required details and data uploads and timely response to mail communications
- Ability to review the performance and highlight the key variances
- Manage Global facility list
- Request for reasoning from the business team on the variances identified
- Preparing, Reviewing and Publishing monthly decks related to Safety
- Collaborate with corporate team to finalize the monthly report on Safety
- Administrate the digital platforms such as SAP, SharePoint etc., (Control User access; Initiate Design/workflow changes; Co-ordinate with tool support team)
- Active participate in automation and process improvement initiatives for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the activities
- Ensure strong stakeholder management
- Steering Monthly reviews, taking minutes and following up for resolution of open points identified
