About the role:
As a Software Engineer I on the Recon team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across our systems. Leveraging your skills in .NET technologies, particularly C#, and MS SQL, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain robust reconciliation solutions.
You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, where mentorship and collaboration are encouraged. Requirements
You will:
Technical Excellence:
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable code using .NET for healthcare applications, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Problem Solving: Tackle moderately complex coding issues, considering a variety of factors to come to a reasoned solution within established practices and guidelines.
- Analysis and Reporting: Provide initial analyses and reports on software issues and participate in documentation creation for peer review.
- Adaptability: Adapt and enhance existing software systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

- Learning and Growth: Actively learn from more complex examples and apply basic engineering principles to everyday coding challenges.
- Professional Development: Continuously develop technical expertise and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve various challenges.

You have:
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Must be willing to obtain the AZ900 certification after joining Softheon, if not already certified
Experience :
- 1-3 years of industry experience in software development, preferably within healthcare technology or related fields.
- Experience working in an Agile Environment.
Skills :
- Proficiency in C#, with experience in the .NET technology stack.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, with the ability to write SQL queries, and stored procedures.
Knowledge :
- Understanding of the software development process, including agile methodologies.
- Awareness of what reconciliation means in data contexts.
- Knowledge of database management principles and how to optimize queries.
- Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, or Mercurial).
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies, and when to apply each.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Salary - $100,00 - $120,000
