Summary As a Statistical Programming Analyst I¸ the ideal candidate should have analytical background/education with training experience to aid in utilizing our online reporting tool to assist with answering questions from customers regarding benefits and plans. They will also have the responsibility of running reports to aid in illustrating analytical/data findings. Description Logistics: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) working on-site at 4101 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am—5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with a possibility of conversion to a hybrid schedule after 6 months.What You’ll Do:Use multiple software platforms to produce reports in accordance with work requests, internal initiatives, and customer requests. Code, maintain, and execute simple to complex database programs for extracting and presenting data for standard and ad hoc reporting. Develop supporting material and guidelines on report design and resulting data.Evaluate data integrity to ensure compliance with customer requirements and make recommendations for corrective and preventative actions. Provide input on database design, illustration, and other graphic and narrative reports to identify and explain patterns and trends. Identify opportunities for improvement that can be addressed with educational initiatives.Assist with performing quality checks on new and existing relational database changes.
