Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst Temporary hire (6 months) to assist with the implementation of SR quality measures and KYC first-line controls. This is a critical project that will help ensure compliance and improve performance across key areas. Duties & Responsibilities: Quality Metrics Integration: Work with the First Line of Defense and KYC Regulatory Excellence team to integrate SR quality metrics into relationship planning. Problem Identification: Use established metrics to identify underperforming SRs and develop action plans to address issues, ensuring full completion of objectives. KYC Compliance: Assist in establishing strong first-line controls for KYC compliance, including conducting regular training sessions for sales teams on updated procedures. Quality Control Reporting: Help develop and maintain quality control reports to monitor the effectiveness of KYC processes, highlighting discrepancies in new account setups. Qualifications Experience creating and maintaining quality control reports and presenting findings. Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams such as First Line of Defense, KYC Regulatory Excellence, and sales. Detail-oriented with the ability to detect discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Education Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Risk Management. Degrees in related fields such as Compliance or Operations Management.
