About The OpportunityWe are looking for a People Programs Project Lead to assist with change management and communication efforts for People Team initiatives across Talent Management and Learning. This individual will also support ongoing People Team communications efforts and help maintain the People communications infrastructure.
In this role, you will:- Learn about the processes, tools, and systems used to facilitate annual cycle initiatives such as year-end feedback and open enrollment
- Support the development and implementation of change management and communication plans to encourage adoption across different employee groups
- Help support and project manage our various inclusion & diversity initiatives
- Assist in managing the People Communications Calendar by collaborating with Internal Communications and other People functions
- Maintain Learning Roadmap to capture accurate information on the approved employee learning initiatives across the full suite of Learning offerings
- Provide administration support for Learning & Culture initiatives including program operationalization tasks and Learning Management Systems tasks
- Partner with various stakeholders on new builds within Workday for business learning initiatives
- Draft and assist with delivering key People Team communications
- Help manage intra-People Team communications, including newsletters
- Assist in maintaining the People space on the company intranet, including updates and structure

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, communications, or change management
- Ability to work through ambiguity with guidance from cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially with spreadsheets and presentations
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Collaborative, with a strong sense of empathy, accountability, and integrity

Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $69,000 - $92,000
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
