In this role, you will use your analytical and strategic experience to create data-driven business recommendations that drive key product, marketing and ecosystem decisions across the Credit Karma platform. What you’ll do Work with cross-functional partners across performance marketing, market research, brand marketing, and growth technology to optimize the performance of Credit Karma paid marketing. Understand the overall Credit Karma marketing ecosystem and help bridge analytics across marketing, product, external environment and identify opportunities for growth Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, drive marketing strategy, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new campaigns Conduct analyses and design tests to support new launches, drive improvements to existing features, and inform the product and marketing roadmaps Develop learning agendas and test plans to support agile, data-driven decision-making Partner with engineering and business intelligence to ensure proper tracking instrumentation of new products and tests Support ongoing analysis and monitoring of funnels across the platform Predict revenue impact from changes in pricing, underwriting, approval models, and user behavior Why you’ll love the role You’ll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the bottom line The impact of your work will be highly visible, with the executive team as key stakeholders We are solving BIG problems that are fundamentally changing old industries Fast-paced environment that operates like a ‘start-up’ within Credit Karma Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within Credit Karma including product, marketing, engineering, business development, and data science What we are looking for: 2+ years of analytics experience and BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, or Statistics. 1+ years of experience with SQL 1+ years of experience with A/B testing and/or knowledge of statistical techniques such as experiment design, significance testing, and causal inference 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau for insight synthesis and presentation Strong Excel or Google Sheet skills What we would like to see: Experience in marketing analytics, analyzing campaigns on Google, YouTube, App store, Snapchat, TikTok, etc An understanding of marketing analytics concepts - LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROI. It’s a plus to have built or implemented these in a prior role.
