Junior Sales Representatives to join our Groupon Sales team. As our new colleague, you will play a crucial role in driving our
sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and helping local businesses thrive through our platform.

negotiate, and provide exceptional
customer service will be key to your success in this role.
You'll spend time on the following:- Scout and Connect: Find and connect with local businesses to showcase Groupon's amazing deals.
- Sell the Dream: Use your persuasive skills to present Groupon's value to business owners.
- Seal the Deal: Negotiate killer deals and partnerships.
- Crush Targets: Hit and exceed your sales goals like a pro.
- Build Bonds: Create and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, offering them the best Groupon solutions.
- Tailor Solutions: Understand what local businesses need and craft custom solutions just for them.
- Team Up: Work with different teams to ensure our campaigns are a smashing success.
We're excited about you if you have:- At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially if you've done B2B or telesales (Internship roles also counts), cold calling is very nice to have.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to form strong connections with clients.
- Work with different teams to ensure our campaigns are a smashing success.
- Quick on your feet and adaptable.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools (bonus points if you already know them!).
What we offer:- Compensation: The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $40,000 along with an on-target variable commission of $33,400, totaling $73,400 per year. After a 5 month ramp period, your commissions will increase to $60,000 per year, totaling $100,000 per year. It's important to note that the variable commission is currently uncapped, offering the potential for additional earnings based on performance.
