Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide our engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Product Development: Contribute to the development of AI-powered products that enhance operational efficiency.
AI & LLM Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of AI and LLMs to create innovative solutions.
Technology Adoption: Champion the adoption of modern technologies, including generative AI, cloud, security, and Kubernetes.
Research & Development: Contribute to research efforts to advance AI and LLM capabilities.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Kubernetes, backend development, and scalable engineering solutions.
Programming Skills: Proficient in at least two programming languages, preferably Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Golang.
AI Foundations: Experience designing control and sandboxing systems for AI research.
ML Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Security & Privacy: Experience maintaining or contributing to bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
AI Understanding: A deep understanding of language models and transformers.
Data Management: Knowledge of vector stores and search algorithms.
Data Engineering: Experience with large-scale ETL development.
AI Systems: Proven track record of engineering high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
Startup Experience: A history of success in fast-paced startup environments.
Community Involvement: Experience with LangChain and potential contributions to the project.
Passion for AI: A genuine enthusiasm for AI and LLMs, demonstrated through personal projects or research.
