The Analyst ensures that each well on Corva is ready for our customers to make real-time drilling decisions and requires a laser focus on accuracy and timeliness. The Analyst supports customers by proactively QCing all data and visuals on Corva and ensuring our clients have the tools needed to make the best decisions possible..What you'll doEnter data of various types into the web-based system in a timely mannerIdentify various types of data quality issues through regular QAQC checks and follow procedures to correct issuesCommunicate with Customer Success Managers to resolve issues as neededBuild customer dashboards and support customers building their own dashboardsReview data and trends to ensure accuracy and completenessEnsure all work is prioritized and completed correctlyIdentify anomalies and problematic dataFollow communication protocols for various customers to resolve issuesPrepare written reports daily regarding operations and QAQC statusEnsure proper operation of the web-based system through continuous checksProvide feedback on applications and updates prior to deployment onto productionIdentify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operationsDevelop operational procedures as neededOther duties as requiredQualificationsBasic knowledge of drilling systems data including drill string and BHA configurations, bits, mud motors, casing, fluid checks and summary dataMinimum of 2 (two) years in drilling industryAbility to work nights and weekends in a rotationAbility to enter accurate data and prioritize workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work well with teamsThorough knowledge of navigating modern websitesAnalytical thinking skillsAbility to identify anomalies and problem dataAbility to train othersFour-year college degree or equivalent work experience recommendedRig site and field experience preferredReal-Time center operations recommendedSchedule7 days on, 7 days off (alternating days and nights, 12 hour shifts)
