Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing algorithms and software solutions in C++/C or Python that are optimized for wearable devices. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create intelligent systems that analyze complex health data in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI and machine learning algorithms for wearable health monitoring devices.
- Implement software solutions in C++/C or Python to process, analyze, and interpret large datasets from wearable sensors.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to integrate AI-driven features into our wearable products.
- Develop and maintain real-time data processing pipelines for continuous health monitoring.
- Evaluate and improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of existing algorithms and models.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and wearable technology to drive innovation in our products.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of our wearables in real-world conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in C++/C or Python, with a focus on performance optimization and real-time processing.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms, particularly as they apply to health data and wearable devices.
- Experience with data processing and analysis frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with signal processing techniques and time-series analysis.
- Experience working with embedded systems or real-time applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and data storage solutions is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wearable technology, healthcare applications, or biomedical engineering.
- Understanding of physiological signals (e.g., ECG, PPG) and their interpretation.
- Familiarity with edge computing and deploying AI models on resource-constrained devices.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and data privacy requirements in the healthcare industry.
