Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply and maintain software systems. Appropriately apply discrete mathematics, probability and statistics, and other relevant topics in: computer science and supporting disciplines to complex software systems. Generalize techniques, as appropriate, to apply to multiple domains. Develop and provide appropriate documentation and training. Present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders.
Capabilities
- Provide development, test, integration, documentation, and deployment support for analytics as determined by the customer.
- Utilize sound software development practices to include designing, using, and creating reusable software solutions, using designated code configuration management, and performing complete unit and integration testing.
- Assist with writing articles to describe analytic details, data, and classifications, as well as “How To" articles for developed tradecraft.
- Collaborate with other development and sustainment efforts.
- Support analytic compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree plus 0-years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 2-years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 4-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 6-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with Java
- Experience with Hadoop MapReduce
- Experience with Git/GitLab
- Development in a Linux environment
- Comfortable working with a team and stakeholders to determine requirements
Desired Technical Skills
- Understanding of AGILE methodologies
- GHOSTMACHINE analytic development
- Experience with Query Time Analytics
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
