Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow our C++ Software Engineering Team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our Core C++ Software Team. This team is responsible for developing software features for our LiDAR sensors.
- Manage cross-functional activities like feature discussion, design reviews, and timeline determination.
- Participate in software design discussions and contribute technically to them. Depending on the project, sometimes contribute code.
What you’ll have:
- 2+ years of experience in managing people working in a software engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of C++ for Embedded development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in reliable execution and defining goals for the team.
- Ability to lead the team in solving complex embedded software problems and deliver software reliably.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with software development practices such as ASPICE, ISO26262, and ISO21434.
- Experience working with Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR framework.
- Experience going through customer requirements and summarizing key software deliverables.
