Job Description
CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Software Engineer - Sr. Consultant (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to
- Work as a part of the Enterprise Payments team to design, enhance and build the transactional platform in an agile development environment.
- Support multiple teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from building full stack development of real-time transactional services, REST services API, and container based services to highly functional, secure, scalable and resilient real time and batching systems.
- Work on unit testing, code reviews and regular check-ins to continuous integration.
- Leverage new technologies to build the next generation of Transactional systems.
- Translate functional and non- functional requirements into an engineered solution.
- Develop and deliver new features and be responsible for them.
- Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
- Experience must include:
- Core Java, JEE technologies, Spring, REST and container-based technologies.
- RDBMS, NoSQLDB such as Cassandra, Mongo DB, Hibernate.
- Architecting solutions with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in mind
- Developing and deploying components as docker containers.
- Implementing design patterns.
- Experience in the skills may be gained via academic coursework and/or work experience.
