As a Measurement Campaign Analyst, you will drive insights from our industry-leading platform, accessing data from over 25 million TVs. You’ll build critical foundational datasets for Samba research studies and spearhead collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to enhance trackability across the digital advertising ecosystem.
This role demands active management of daily campaign tracking operations and the cultivation of key publisher partnerships. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Measurement Science, Programmatic Consulting, and Sales teams to deliver world-class service to our measurement clients. This position calls for a professional who thrives on adaptability, has meticulous attention to detail, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Understand and address client requirements, measurement goals, and needs across Publisher, Agency, and Advertiser clients
- Tag, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad delivery on various ad servers
- Manage technical collaborations and partnerships with global industry leaders, including Advertising Agencies, Brands, and Publishers
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service
- Identify areas for improvement in project management and client experience, applying critical thinking to solve problems
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role within advertising operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SFTPs, and AWS-S3, with basic Python and SQL experience (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with the advertising technology ecosystem (Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, Publishers, SSPs, etc)
- Experience with advertising attribution, measurement, and analytical tools (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues systematically and propose innovative solutions
- Action-oriented approach with experience delivering business results in ambiguous environments
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external teams
- High adaptability and eagerness to learn new technical and non-technical skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
