Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking an Analytics-Data Science Intern.

What to expect as a Analytics-Data Science Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 12 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 9/24/24 and ending on 12/13/24 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with the Data Science team to research, report-on and analyze business and media results – competitive analysis, audience analysis, etc.
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis, Time Series Analysis, Geo-Experiments & Causal Inference techniques, Cluster Analysis, Ad-hoc Analysis, and Bayesian Model Creation
- Conduct and compile research, regarding algorithms and related statistical research, industry trends, and research papers.
- Create key analyses for internal teams, to be used in internal presentations, decks and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple members in analytics along with media and strategy to inform business insights and media decisions.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
What you bring:
- Senior in Bachelor’s Program, in a Masters/PhD program, or a recent graduate with a major in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a similar field (a degree is not required).
- Experience in programming languages (R, Python, Stata, SAS, Julia, etc.)
- Experience in programming languages.
- Experience in mathematical models and statistical thinking.
- Experience making decisions, presentation, analyses, and visualizations from data.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
