As the Junior Art Director you’ll play a vital part in bringing our artists’ visions to life through compelling visual design. You’ll collaborate closely with A&R, Marketing, and the artist management to create a variety of graphic assets, including:
What you’ll do:
- Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business
- Album & Single Covers: Design stunning and iconic album covers that capture the essence of the music and resonate with fans.
- Outside Vendors: Commission and manage photographers, illustrators, digital content creators and freelance design firms.
- Digital Assets: Design graphics for digital playlist covers for all DSP’s and the accompanying creative ad suites.
Who you are:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a passion for music.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current music trends and a familiarity with different music genres.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
